I’ll admit it…I don’t love to cook. I cook probably five nights out of seven and most of
our meals are easy-peasy. But I rarely use recipes and instead grill, roast vegetables and
cook pasta.
This past weekend, my Father turned 81 years old. It’s not something that happens
every day, so I wanted to make a simple but special dinner. I saw a picture of a Greek
salad in a magazine and decided to replicate it.
Here’s the unofficial recipe:
- Cherry tomatoes
- Pitted black olives
- Feta cheese
- Cucumbers
- Red Onion
- Greek dressing
Gather. Slice. Dice. Throw in a bowl. Add dressing. Serve!
This literally took five minutes and it looked and tasted amazing. It’s a great summer
salad!
